Ingredients

Barley, ejiao, yam, pueraria, polygonatum, licorice, dandelion, pear cactus, anise, fenugreek.

Benefits of Nursing Tea

Nursing time is especially formulated to stimulate and increase lactation.

The combination of Fenugreek, Fennel and Aniseed work together to increase milk production.

Fennel is also antiseptic and helps with digestion.

Usage

• Place 1-2 tea bags in a cup, add fresh boiled water.
• Leave it for 3-4munites and it is ready for drinking when the tea soup temperature is safe.
• Add honey or lemon to help improve the taste of the tea while drinking if you like.
• You can repeatedly brew to taste.
• Twice a day, take it after meal.
